Japan Oil Engineering Company Ltd. (JOE) announced that it has resolved to reduce its Capital amount as follows;

・Capital amount will be reduced from 600 million yen to 100 million yen on March 28, 2023.

・The whole reduced 500 million yen will be transferred to other Capital Surplus.

This transaction will have no impact on its financial performance and business development plan, as it only involves a reclassification of accounts within the “Net Assets” section of the balance sheet.
